Frequently Asked Questions
Bringing clarity to your journey.
What is psychotherapy, and how can it help me?
Psychotherapy is a guided process where you can explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe, confidential space. It helps uncover patterns, heal wounds, and build skills for emotional and relational wholeness. Think of it as a healing conversation that fosters growth—from the inside out.
Who is therapy for?
Everyone. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relational strain, spiritual disconnection, or simply seeking deeper clarity, therapy meets you where you are—with compassion and clinical support.
What can I expect in my first session?
Your initial session is about building trust. We'll explore what brought you here, begin understanding your story, and gently clarify your goals. No pressure to “have it all figured out”—we’ll walk at your pace, together.
How often will we meet?
Frequency depends on your needs. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which may shift as progress unfolds. We’ll tailor a rhythm that supports your healing journey with grace and flexibility.
Do you offer faith-integrated therapy?
Yes. Our practice integrates Christian spirituality with evidence-based therapeutic modalities. If desired, we incorporate scripture and spiritual reflection alongside clinical tools, always respecting your comfort and beliefs.
Is therapy confidential?
Absolutely. Everything shared in session is held in strict confidence, in accordance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines. Your story is yours—and it’s handled with care.
What are your fees, and do you take insurance?

● Aetna
● Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas
